TSWAYS’s 4-step quality management system includes:
IP69K Protection Test.
Our cameras undergo rigorous high-pressure jet testing to guarantee a 100% watertight seal. Whether it’s a high-pressure wash or a brutal tropical downpour, your vision stays clear and your hardware stays dry.
Temperature Extremes Test
Conducted through thermal cycling from -30°C to +80°C to ensure consistent operation from the depths of Siberia to the heat of the Sahara.
48-72 Hour Aging Test
To ensure maximum reliability, every unit is subjected to an extensive power-on aging process. This allows us to screen out potential early failures, guaranteeing that only flawless hardware reaches our customers.
Calibration & Lens Testing
Every lens undergoes rigorous inspection for peak 4K/AHD resolution. Darkroom testing ensures clear, reliable imaging for total situational awareness and uncompromising visual integrity.
5. Product procedure control:
The touch screen and display screen are all tested in a million level clean workshop, the motherboard is also each test, and every function of appearance, sound, Bluetooth and so on must be tested when assembled into a finished
6. Package inspection:
We have two specially packaged lins, from the appearance of the product, labels, stickers, before shipping all have to be checked, and finally plastic, sealing cap appearance date label
7. Traceable management：
Each screen we ship is scanned twice, and each machine is 3 codes in one. If the screen fails, we will find out the appearance time of the machine within 24 hours and confirm the configuration of the machine, so as to solve the problem faster
